Travel With A Flair acts solely as an independent travel advisor and intermediary for travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation companies, insurance providers, and other vendors ("Suppliers").
Travel With A Flair does not own, manage, operate, or control any Supplier and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, negligence, delays, overbookings, cancellations, schedule changes, service failures, financial defaults, or any personal injury, property damage, or other losses arising from the services they provide.
All reservations are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable Suppliers.
Prices and availability are subject to change until reservations are confirmed and any required deposits have been received.

Travel With A Flair is not responsible for price increases imposed by Suppliers.
Deposit amounts and final payment dates are established by the Supplier.
Failure to make payment by the applicable due date may result in cancellation of the reservation and the loss of deposits or previously paid amounts.
Travel With A Flair shall not be responsible for losses resulting from missed payment deadlines.
Cancellation penalties and refund policies are determined by the Supplier and vary by travel product.
Many reservations are partially refundable or completely non-refundable.
Refunds, when available, are subject to Supplier approval and processing timelines.
Any service fees charged directly by Travel With A Flair are non-refundable.
Travel With A Flair strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance.
Travel insurance may provide coverage for:
Travelers who decline travel insurance assume responsibility for losses that otherwise may have been covered.
Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required travel documents, including:
Many countries require passports to remain valid for at least six months beyond the date of return.
Travel With A Flair is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, missed departures, or losses resulting from inadequate documentation.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring that all names provided for bookings exactly match their government-issued identification.
Any fees imposed by Suppliers to correct names or reissue travel documents are the responsibility of the traveler.
Travelers are responsible for understanding and complying with all health, vaccination, and entry requirements applicable to their destination.
Requirements may change without notice.
Travel With A Flair assumes no responsibility for losses arising from a traveler's failure to satisfy such requirements.
Airline schedules, routes, aircraft assignments, and fares are subject to change.
Airlines may charge additional fees for checked baggage, carry-on baggage, seat assignments, upgrades, and schedule changes.
Travel With A Flair is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, missed connections, or schedule changes.
Special requests, including but not limited to adjoining rooms, bedding preferences, accessible accommodations, dietary requests, and cabin location preferences, cannot be guaranteed and are subject to Supplier availability.
Suppliers may modify itineraries, hotels, cruise ports, transportation schedules, excursions, and included amenities.
Such changes are beyond the control of Travel With A Flair.
Travelers are responsible for complying with all rules and regulations established by Suppliers.
Suppliers may deny boarding, remove, or refuse service to travelers whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful.
Travel With A Flair shall not be responsible for any losses resulting from such actions.
Travel With A Flair shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, disease outbreaks, epidemics or pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, mechanical failures, civil unrest, war, terrorism, and acts of God.
Travel With A Flair shall not be responsible for losses resulting from immigration restrictions, customs actions, criminal history restrictions, invalid documentation, health requirements, or failure to comply with Supplier rules.
Travel With A Flair reserves the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, and inaccuracies appearing on its website or in communications.
Travelers consent to receiving invoices, confirmations, itineraries, notices, and other communications electronically.
Email delivery shall constitute acceptable delivery of travel documents.
By providing payment information, travelers certify that they are authorized users of the payment method provided and authorize Travel With A Flair to process payments on their behalf for approved travel arrangements.
Travelers agree not to initiate chargebacks for services properly rendered.
In the event of an improper chargeback, the traveler shall be responsible for all collection costs, attorney's fees, court costs, and related expenses incurred by Travel With A Flair.
Travel With A Flair shall not be liable for any injury, illness, death, accident, delay, inconvenience, property damage, emotional distress, or other loss arising from the acts or omissions of Suppliers or other third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of Travel With A Flair shall be limited to the amount of service fees actually paid directly to Travel With A Flair.
Under no circumstances shall Travel With A Flair be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Travel involves inherent risks that may include illness, injury, accidents, delays, cancellations, weather events, mechanical failures, acts of terrorism, political instability, civil unrest, and other unforeseen circumstances.
By booking travel through Travel With A Flair, travelers voluntarily assume such risks and agree that Travel With A Flair shall not be liable for losses or damages arising from those risks.
