Jeff and Halee are the husband-and-wife team behind Travel with a Flair. With a combined background spanning over 15 years in travel and hospitality, they built this agency from a simple shared love of exploring the world — and a first cruise that Jeff says changed everything.

Halee brings deep expertise in luxury accommodations and hospitality, honed through years in hotel sales and running her own hospitality support company. She's the itinerary architect — detail-oriented, well-traveled, and passionate about matching clients with experiences that fit them perfectly.

Jeff came to travel through Halee, but cruising quickly became his obsession. Having sailed across multiple cruise lines, he knows the ships, the routes, and the insider tips that make the difference between a good cruise and an unforgettable one.

Cindy is Travel with a Flair's all-inclusive resort expert, with a passion for matching clients with the destination that's just right for them — whether that's a laid-back Caribbean beach, a romantic escape, or a full-on family adventure. She has a gift for listening to what clients really want and turning that into a trip they'll never forget.

When she's not planning someone else's dream vacation, Cindy is living her own. Her travels with her husband and daughters have taken her across Europe and beyond, with London holding a special place in her heart. 

That firsthand experience is what sets her apart — Cindy doesn't just recommend destinations, she's been there.

John is Travel with a Flair's military and veteran travel specialist — and he knows this world from the inside. As a proud veteran himself, John understands the unique discounts, benefits, and opportunities available to active-duty members, veterans, and their families, and he makes sure his clients take full advantage of every one of them.

When he's not planning trips, John is taking them. Caribbean resorts, cruises, and European getaways are family favorites, and that hands-on travel experience shapes every recommendation he makes.
